How do I place a product into my shopping basket?

To place a product into your shopping basket, just choose the product from among our product selection, select the available fragrance or option (if applicable), and indicate the quantity. After that, you just need to click on "Add to Cart" or "Add" depending on the page and the product will be automatically added. You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you can review your order and check shipping costs.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, follow these six easy steps.

1. If you are at the cart after adding a product and you wish to checkout, select the shipping destination using the drop-down menu and click Recalculate to add shipping costs. If you are not at the cart click on View Cart at the top of the page to take you there.
2. If you have a special offer code or voucher, please enter it in the appropriate section and click Recalculate to add it to your cart.
3. When you are ready to complete the checkout click on Go To Payments.
4. Complete the billing address field. You may use this step to indicate a delivery address different from the billing address if your order is intended as a gift. Then click Continue.
5. Verify the information appearing in the Review section and then click Continue.
6. Re-verify the billing address information and enter your payment details. If you would like your parcel to contain a message or greeting, type your text into the Comment box. Click once on Order Now and wait for the confirmation message.

We are unable to accept payments by cash or cheque for online transactions.

• The purchase price for each product ordered is the one that appears alongside that product on the web site, in Canadian dollars.
• The cost of delivery and all applicable sales taxes are over and above the product price (except where it is indicated that delivery is included)

When you place an order with Elysian Natural Soap, you can guarantee that we will take the time to carefully package and ship your items to you. Our goal is to have your order packed and shipped within 24 business hours. At this time we are only able to ship within Canada.

Flat rate shipping applies at $8.00 for orders under 2kg in weight. If your order is over 2kg a higher shipping rate may apply.

Free shipping is only available on all orders under 2kg and over $100 before tax. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this to our customers in the Canadian Territories. This is a limited time offer and may be withdrawn at any time. This is only available for retail sales, not wholesale.

For all orders over 2 kg, if additional cost applies, we will email you with a shipping quote before processing your order. This is only available for retail sales, not wholesale.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Delivery times are dictated to us by Canada Post and are approximate. You can expect your order to fall within these times except around Christmas. Expedited parcels are expected to be delivered within 3 to 7 business days and Express in 2 to 4 business days.
